The Aadhaar card is now considered to be the most powerful proof of our identity. Whether it is opening a bank account or getting a new document or getting admission in a school-college without an Aadhaar card, the task becomes difficult. So it has become necessary for everyone to have an Aadhaar card. Even getting an Aadhaar card is no longer a difficult task. Aadhaar centers have now opened in almost every city and town.
Aadhaar cards can also be made for children. The color of the Aadhaar card made for children up to five years is blue. This Aadhaar card does not scan the child’s fingerprints and retina of the eyes. Both of these data are recorded after 5 years. This means that the child will have to update his Aadhaar card after the age of five.
Keep these things in mind
It is just as important to create a child’s Aadhaar card as it is to enter all the information related to the child properly. If any information turns out to be incorrect, it will have to hit the rounds to update it. Let us know about the things to keep in mind while getting a child’s Aadhaar card-
Name: Enter the child’s name correctly when creating the Aadhaar card. Pay special attention to the spelling of name and surname etc. The name error later results in trouble and time is wasted to correct it.
Parent’s Name: The name of the child’s parents should be correct in the Aadhaar card. If the name of one of the child’s parents is entered incorrectly, there is a problem. This is an error that is more common.
Correct Address: When creating a child’s Aadhaar card, enter the correct address. Usually, the address registered in the father’s Aadhaar card is entered and the father’s documents in this regard are sought. But, still take a look at the information entered into the computer.
Link to parental support: The child’s Aadhaar card must be linked to parental support. With the help of this, the child can be easily identified from the parent’s Aadhaar card.
